All staff must have a up-to-date medical on file to begin working. Medicals are valid for 36 months and can be transferred from year to year if still valid. Please make sure that a Primary Care Physician or a certified examiner signs and dates the form. You can submit this form via mail, email, or drop off at either the main YMCA or here at camp.
